I thought these reading/podcasts were very interesting. It was very intriguing to hear the stories of people who are so different them myself and how they have changed as people. These teachers are all people that we as aspiring teachers can look up to and take ideas from. The one that stood out to me the most was the third reading. I think it's amazing how her 'nona' went from being so poor, and uneducated to working incredibly hard and becoming so successful. Her story proves that people can improve themselves and be as smart and educated as they want to be.
